commissioner SMITH, you need to prioritize the concerns of the citizens of Gem County. What it is worth it? expending money now, or to put in jeopardy the health and safety of the people?
If you are unable to do your job and to oversee for these people, then leave your post vacant for some other person capable to look for the interest and welfare of the citizens of Gem County.
